UFC announced a seven-year agreement with FOX to show UFC programming on the FOX broadcast network and cable channels FX and FUEL TV. Spike has been UFC’s primary cable outlet since the 2005 debut of The Ultimate Fighter reality show. UFC will be in control of the fight night production and will consult with FOX accordingly. Four live fights a year will be shown on FOX and 32 on FX, which includes 24 in conjunction with two seasons of the UFC’s reality show The Ultimate Fighter. The first UFC fight on FOX will air on Nov. 12.
